I reserve myself the right to deny any order for any reason. It may be because I deem my skills insufficient to satisfy the request, or due to certain aspects that I am against drawing.

It may take time before I start working on orders, and it may take me a little while to have it done (for various reasons), please be patient and respectful of that.
Payments
Payments will be processed through PayPal.
Upon ordering, you will be asked to provide 50% of the full price, then you may deposit the second half of the price after receiving the final piece.
A full refund will only be issued upon cancelling if I haven't started working on the order yet. If the order is partially complete, I may refund up to 75% of the original paid price.
Revisions during the process are free of charge, as long as they aren't excessive.
Upon the last payment, a Google Drive folder will be provided, containing the full-quality pieces and any elements that were produced for the commission, such as (but not limited to), the original program files. However, be sure to save a copy of the files, in case they get deleted for any reason.
Copyright
Commissions are for personal use only. You may post them publicly or set them as a profile picture or banner, as long the usage is non-profit. If you ever want to sell or profit from my works in any way, contact me so that we can set up an agreement.
I own all rights to the works. You strictly do not have the permission to use them to train any AI. I am allowed to post the artworks on social media, unless you specify otherwise. I may use them as part of my portfolio.
Posting my works is allowed, but make sure to give credit (either “halcovo on discord”, or “halcovo.bsky.social”)
